Driver - Puntland

Provision of liaison and effective driving services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project personnel and authorised persons to various destination as instructed
  • Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and code
  • Collect and deliver documents to various destinations as instructed
  • Ensure safety of products/goods in the vehicles
  • Provide assistance to the administration staff as and when required
  • Maintain accurate and up to date vehicle/equipment records
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

Other Competencies/Attributes:

  • Must adhere to set security standards
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:  Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

  • Educational level required: Secondary education (O-level)
  • Technical Training qualifications required:  Valid driving license
  • Experience:  3 years of experience in a similar job

Working Environment / Conditions:

  • Work environment:  Office-based with frequent travel to the field
  • Travel:  10% Domestic travel is required.
